Public meaning

Displayed guidance

A displayed probability, price, capacity estimate, confidence indicator or other analytical output is preliminary information prepared from sources and assumptions available at the time. It may change after evidence, eligibility, documentation, counterparty interest, market conditions and transaction terms are reviewed.

Displayed guidance is not a firm quote, an order, a valuation for accounting or tax purposes, or a promise that a transaction can be made at the displayed terms.

No guarantee

Important limits

Analytical methods depend on incomplete information, estimates and judgment. Inputs may be delayed, inaccurate or later revised. Relationships observed in prior data may not persist, and unusual events may produce results outside any anticipated range.

No methodology can eliminate model, market, liquidity, counterparty, legal, operational or settlement risk. You should not treat a displayed output as independent advice or as a substitute for your own analysis.

Protected information

Confidential methods

Tomorrow’s non-public analytical methods, production logic, code, parameterization, calibration, controls, workflows, specifications and security measures are confidential and may constitute proprietary information or trade secrets. They are not incorporated into this public notice and are not made public by the appearance of an analytical output.

Qualified access

Controlled disclosure

Where appropriate, qualified members may receive transaction-specific information about the evidence, assumptions, material limitations and governing terms relevant to a prepared draft or firm quote. Access may be permissioned and subject to confidentiality, contractual and regulatory restrictions.

Controlled materials and definitive transaction documents, not this page, govern any actual transaction and may contain additional disclosures.
