Third-party venue terms
An external venue remains a separate service. Its own agreement, rulebook and product terms govern the member's use of that venue.

01. Separate relationship
A member who accesses a third-party venue does so under a separate account and legal relationship with that provider. Unless definitive written terms expressly say otherwise, Tomorrow is not the venue, custodian, clearing organization, counterparty or guarantor and does not control the provider's services.
02. Venue terms control
The provider's then-current customer agreement, rulebook, contract specification, fee schedule, eligibility rules and privacy notice govern use of its service. Members must review those materials directly with the provider before acting. If a public Tomorrow summary conflicts with the provider's official terms, the provider's official terms control that relationship.
03. Availability and changes
External services and products may be restricted by jurisdiction, eligibility, account approval, position limits or other provider rules. A provider may amend, suspend or discontinue them without Tomorrow's consent. Tomorrow does not promise continuous access, notice of every change or execution on any venue.
04. Assets and performance
Money or assets held by an external provider are subject to that provider's custody, segregation, clearing, insolvency and withdrawal arrangements. Tomorrow does not guarantee a provider's solvency, security, settlement or performance. A member bears the risks stated in the provider's documents and Tomorrow's Risk Disclosure Statement.
05. Third-party information
Prices, availability, status descriptions and links relating to external providers may be delayed, incomplete or outdated. They are supplied for context, not as a representation of current legal status or a recommendation. Verify material information from the provider and applicable public records.
