Contracts executed through Here Tomorrow on retail exchanges are governed by the applicable exchange's rules, terms of service, and contract specifications. These terms are incorporated by reference into each transaction. Here Tomorrow monitors exchange terms daily and will notify affected users of material changes within one (1) Business Day.

Kalshi

CFTC-Regulated DCM

Kalshi, Inc. operates as a CFTC-regulated Designated Contract Market (DCM) offering binary event contracts on economic, climate, political, and policy events. Kalshi contracts are centrally cleared and subject to CFTC position limits.
