NH3 — Simulacrum Digital Twin

Your Book's Digital Twin

Run every autonomous action against a simulated copy of your book before it happens on the real one. See the projected outcome. Then decide.

What is this?

Autonomous systems are only trustworthy if you can see what they're about to do. The Simulacrum Twin is a real-time digital copy of your institution — same positions, same Constitution, same risk models, same optimizer. Before any material autonomous action runs on your real book, it runs on the twin first. You see the projected result: capital freed, tail-VaR change, P&L impact, compliance status. Then you choose whether the real action goes ahead.

You can also run your own what-if scenarios at any time — change a policy parameter, stress a rate scenario, or preview a rebalance — without touching the live book.

How it works

1

The twin syncs to your real positions

Every night (or in real-time if your position feeds allow), the twin refreshes to match your live book: all positions, margin levels, risk vectors, Constitution rules, and optimizer configuration.

2

Material autonomous actions run on the twin first

Before any rebalance, optimization run, or large autonomous hedge touches your live book, the same action runs in the twin. The system computes projected capital freed, tail-VaR change, P&L impact, and compliance status.

3

You review the projected outcome — then approve or reject

The twin's output appears in your approval inbox: before / after metrics, affected positions, and a plain-language summary. One tap approves the real action; one tap rejects it. The twin never acts for you.

Key facts

Simulate-before-act

Material rebalances are always twin-first. Non-material autonomous actions can bypass the twin if your mandate allows.

Same algorithms as live

The twin runs the same optimizer, Constitution, and risk models. What you preview is what you'd get.

On-demand what-if

Run your own scenarios anytime — rate stress, policy change, new hedge — without touching the live book.

No counterparty exposure

Simulation actions are never shown to counterparties or routed to any live system.

FAQ

Does the twin affect my real positions?

No. The twin is a read-only simulation environment. Every action in the twin is tagged as a simulation and never reaches any live trading system or counterparty. Only approved actions — ones you explicitly confirm after reviewing the twin's output — go to the real book.

How closely does the twin track my real book?

The twin syncs every night. For institutions with real-time position feeds, it syncs throughout the day. Material rebalances always run the twin first, using the most recent sync, so the preview is as close to current as possible.

Can I use the twin for my own research?

Yes. You can open the Simulacrum console and run any what-if scenario manually — stress a rate move, test a new policy rule, preview a hedge before entering it. The twin runs the same optimizer as the live system, so what you see is what you'd get.
